Specially formulated multi component system. Acts as an endothermic blowing agent. It is a free flowing powder. Useful for foaming of thermoplastic resin. It decomposes with increased temperatures in extrusion and other systems. It gives white cellular products better density reduction. Specifically suited for PET sheets to achieve fine celled foaming with high weight reduction. Recommended for injection molding as well as extrusion. The dosage rate is 0.1 – 2.0 PHR depending on the density reduction.
