Everflon™ PTFE MV5P by Hubei Everflon Polymer is a fluoroadditive modifier and processing agent.

Exhibits high hardness, tensile strength, ease of processing, freedom from creep, resistance to weathering and reduced surface abrasion.
It is a cost effective and chemically inert grade and offers good rub and scuff resistance.
It improves the friction and wear properties and can also have useful effects on polymer melts.
It enhances the flow of polycarbonates and glass-filled nylon fills intricate cavities easily.
It increases the swell ratio and the elasticity of the melt.
Also exhibits improved- mold release, good electrical insulation, internal lubrication and greater extrusion rates.
Everflon™ PTFE MV5P is used for gears, cams, bearings, guides, wear plates, business equipment, components for instruments and liners for control cables.
Suitable for domestic appliances and automobile applications.
The recommended dosage level is 10-20%
