Magnifin® H-5 A by Huber Engineered Materials is a halogen-free, flame retardant. It is a fine precipitated Magnesium Hydroxide which is surface treated with a special vinyl-silane coating.

It is a high purity grade based on a mineral raw material with regular structure of the cristallite.
It offers low smoke emission, improved mechanical properties and high thermal stability upto 340°C.
Magnifin® H-5 A produces no toxic or corrosive gases during decomposition process.
It is tailor-made for plastic and elastomer applications such as XLPE, XL-EVA, EPDM, and EPM.
