Tactix® 695-1

Single phase, in-situ toughened epoxy resin. Acts as a flexibilizer. It is an aero grade which contains proprietary blocked catalyst irreversibly deblocked at 80°C or above. It offers an outstanding fracture toughness along with thermal/mechanical properties of standard epoxies. Can be cured with a variety of amine and anhydride based curing agents. It exhibits low-equilibrium moisture absorption and its strength as well as modulus properties are comparable to Bis A epoxy resins. Used in other resin systems to increase toughness.
