FR-20-312 by ICL Industrial is a high purity magnesium hydroxide-based non-halogen flame retardant with low smoke emission. It is derived from mineral raw material from the Dead Sea and special production technology. It also acts as an excellent smoke suppressant and acid scavenger. Its high thermal stability (up to 340°C) enables its use in high performance polymeric formulations. It is compatible with Polyolefin copolymers (EVA) as well as PVC. FR-20-312 is intended for use in wire and cable applications.
