IKAFLOW 277 by IKA Innovative Kunststoffaufbereitung is a lubricating acrylic processing aid. It promotes fusion and better stability in color due to reduced sticking to metal surface during processing. It exhibits excellent hot metal release & low molecular weight and improves melt homogenisation & surface finish. It is suitable for extrusion, calendering and injection molding method. It is applicable for PVC products like profiles, pipes, fittings, foam, films and sheets. IKAFLOW 277 has a recommended dosage of 0.5 – 2.0 phr.
