IKAMOD 135A by IKA Innovative Kunststoffaufbereitung is a highly efficient impact modifier based on chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). It is a synthetic material, kind of thermoplastic elastomer and is made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and chlorine. It offers very good mechanical properties such as high elongation rate at break, tensile strength and toughness. It exhibits good impact & chemical resistance and very good welding performance. Also exhibits excellent gloss and fast fusion properties. It is used in U-PVC applications such as window profiles, fencing, siding, technical profiles and pipes. IKAMOD 135A has a shelf life of 2 years.
