Luzenac HAR® T84

Luzenac HAR® T84 by Imerys is a high aspect ratio talc-based filler. It is highly stable and free flowing.
  • The positioning and homogeneous dispersion of talc within polymeric matrix provides good isotropic effect and dimensional stability.
  • Also provides improved flexural modulus, HDT and excellent stiffness/impact balance.
  • It has excellent flow properties for easy handling and high compounding throughput.
  • Compatible with polypropylene.
  • When fed downstream directly into PP melt, demonstrates high stiffness performance with 12% increase in the flexural modulus and excellent redispersion in polymeric matrix.
  • Suitable for compounding, twin-screw co-rotating extrusion and injection molding.
  • Recommended for automotive industry.
  • The dosage rate in PP copolymer formulation is 12%.
  • It is far more lamellar than any other conventionally micronized grade on the market.
  • Luzenac HAR® T84 provides outstanding mechanical properties in polymers.
