Ingenia Redefining Thermoplastics

IP1170 by Ingenia is a PFAS-free, polyethylene-based processing aid masterbatch. Designed to eliminate melt fracture and improves processing for polyolefin formulations.

It uses a non-fluorinated process aid and is not formulated with any per- or polyfluoroalkyl substances.
Suitable for LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE film and molding applications.
Used for sheet extrusion, blown- and cast film.
It contains no animal based ingredients and provides similar performance to 2nd and 3rd generation fluorine based PPA masterbatches.
It replaces fluorine based PPA MBs, lower back pressure and improve throughput.
It eliminates die lip build up while maintaining high clarity, impact strength, coefficient of friction and sealant properties.
May be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA.
The usage level of IP1170 is 1-4%.
