EBROSIL® S125

EBROSIL® S125 by IQE Group is amorphous precipitated silica (SiO₂). Acts as a reinforcement filler. Exhibits easy dispersion and incorporation for the product Ebrosil® S125PD and low dust evolution for the product Ebrosil® S125GR. Possess high processability with good mechanical properties. General purpose white filler for very low viscosity coloured mixes. EBROSIL® S125 can compete with carbon black in property improvement. Compatible with rubber and other elastomeric mixes such as nitrile butadiene rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber. Depending on the silica-polymer interaction, it can be used in other polymers with different effects like anti-blocking, matting and barrier effects. Recommended for coloring rubber blends such as soles of shoes, rubber floors, hoses, etc.
