Talc filled LLDPE based master batch. It provides satisfactory transparency and brightness in final product, reduces cost by replacing the equivalent amount of polymer, increases stiffness of bag, and improves productivity & performance. It can be used with both HDPE & PP and its properties are showing excellent performance even in adverse conditions. It is used to develop woven sacks bag by applying the reinforcing properties of ultrafine talc powder & carrier resin with higher M.F.I. to provide the better mechanical properties to tape & woven sacks bags. Sivathene T-Aid is added along with the polymer to prevent the fibrillation of tape manufactured in raffia tape line. It has been recommended for high and low denier raffia tape applications and loading up to 10% as per end product use.
