Polyoxyethylenated (POE) (3) C9 - C11 alcohol. Acts as a wetting agent, lubricant as well as detergent. It is a synthetic fatty alcohol ethoxylate with branched carbon chain. The composition of the fatty alcohol C9 is 18%, C10 is 50% and C11 is 32%. It has liquid appearance at 25°C. Used in polymerization and plastics.
