Cure-Rite® 18/80

N-oxydiethylene thiocarbamyl-N-oxydiethylene sulfenamide (78-82% active). Acts as an efficient di-thiocarbamyl based accelerator that produces shorter cross links which improves compression set, reversion resistance and oxidative stability. Provides very good compound processing safety with faster cure rates. Exhibits beneficial synergy technically and economically with benzothiazole sulfenamide. Possesses long shelf life (2 years). Used for natural rubber compounds such as off-the-road-tires or engine mounts and SBR/BR tread compounds.
