Rhenosin® W 90 B

Rhenosin® W 90 B by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a plasticizer to improve the low-temperature flexibility of elastomer vulcanizates. It disperses easily in a wide range of elastomers and not affected by vulcanization. It does not degrade the physical characteristics of the compound. Its rapid flexibilizing effect and ease of incorporation make it useful for re-softening compounds which have hardened slightly, with only minimal effect on the physical values. It shows compatibility with fluoro-elastomers, polyurethane, liquid, aliphatic polysulfides, and ECO. It is applicable in fuel pipes, wire sheathing, sponge rubber, extruded and molded technical rubber components. Recommended dosage level for CR, NBR is 50 phr, for NR, SBR is 40 phr, for EPDM, EPM is 20 phr and for IIR is 10 phr. Rhenosin® W 90 B has a shelf life of 2 years.
