YAC-A110 by Lanya Chemical acts as an adhesion promoter. It is used as a phenolic resin binder additive. It imparts moisture resistance and allows recovery after compression. It strengthens the bond between the phenolic binder and foundry sand in shell molding. It enhances the flexural, compressive and interlaminar shear strengths before and after exposure to humidity in glass-reinforced thermosets. YAC-A110 has a shelf life of 12 months.
