LUVOBATCH® PA BA 1001/1002

LUVOBATCH® PA BA 1001/1002 by Lehmann & Voss is an endothermal blowing agent suitable for polyamide (PA). It is a dust-free, low-cost masterbatch. It exhibits controlled foaming process, good dispersion, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties and shock absorbing properties.

• It offers very fine cell structure, shorter cycle times, decorative effects, avoidance of post-inflation, safe dosage and reduction of streaking.
• It has higher dosing quantities compared to exothermic TMs.
• It provides prevention of sink marks during injection molding.
• It is used in TSG + sink marks applications.
• Recommended dosage level of LUVOBATCH® PA BA 1001/1002 is 0.5 to 8%.
• It is approved for food packaging.
