LIONAC DPG

LIONAC DPG by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanization accelerator based on n,n'-diphenyl guanidine. It shows better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates. It is used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulfenamides in NR and SBR compounds. LIONAC DPG can be used in latex as a secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silico-fluoride foam process. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), oil-coated powder and powder.
