McLube 205 PS

Solventbased PTFE type lubricant, antitack agent and release agent. Provides a dry, cold curing, durable film with very low friction. Silicone-free. To be applied after mould cleaning as a base coat and corrosion protection. Excellent release properties for most elastomers. Really good for V-belt production. Can be used for latex-dipping, dry film Mandrel, Nylon wrap tape, tyre building machine lubrication, as an antitack for green rubber, rolls, conveyor belts, process equipments, lead and plastic cure, pan cure, moulded parts, coatings. Can also be used for mould release, tyre release, tyre paints.
