POLYBATCH® ILPE 10020

POLYBATCH® ILPE 10020 by LyondellBasell is a super-slip masterbatch. It achieves low COF, offers excellent hot slip properties (100°C) particularly film to metal and release properties. It allows asymmetric coefficient friction values between treated and untreated skin layers with limited transfer and decay of surface treatment in function of time. It is compatible with PE films. POLYBATCH® ILPE 10020 is used in blown film, double bubble and cast film applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 2-3% for overwrap film. It is FDA recognized.
