POLYBATCH® LCC 70M

POLYBATCH® LCC 70M by LyondellBasell is a calcium carbonate-based slip/antiblock masterbatch. It provides less blocking and better slip properties as well as better bubble stability resulting in increased output especially with LLDPE. It offers improved falling dart impact strength, easier printing, cleaner extruders and increased output in blow molding and injection due to thermal conductivity (>25%). It is compatible with EVA, PP, MDPE or HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE. POLYBATCH® LCC 70M is used in blown film applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 15% to reduce shrink time by 20% for 150 micron. It is FDA recognized.
