POLYBATCH® RTP 1097

POLYBATCH® RTP 1097 by LyondellBasell is a high quality 70% filler concentrate masterbatch based on polypropylene. Provides optimum reinforcing properties and superior dispersion. It improves dimensional stability and has higher thermal conductivity which leads to faster cooling. It allows faster thermoforming, demolding and die-cutting compared to unfilled PP as well as considerable weight reduction and optimization of formulation costs. It is compatible with PP block copolymer, PP homopolymer and PP random copolymer. POLYBATCH® RTP 1097 is used in blown film, sheet extrusion and injection molding applications. It can be used in PP compounds for foodstuff packaging applications without limitations. Its recommended dosage rate is 20% to decrease the margarine tub weight by 6%.
