ALKAMIX™ MB-AF220

Antifogging masterbatch based on a glycerol ester compound. It can be added to polyethylene during extrusion to reduce the incidence of apparent condensation or fogging during subsequent use of the film. Its recommended addition level is 5 to 10% dependent on the gauge of the film and the intended end-use and for conformance to the requirements to the United States food and drug administration regulations CFR21 is restricted to the minimum amount required to achieve the desired technical effect.
