DeltaFlow™ r100 by Milliken acts as a viscosity modifier. It is a solid concentrate which increases the melt flow rate of pre- and post-consumer recycled polypropylene (rPP) in a very cost-effective manner.
  • It shortens the material’s average molecular chain length, resulting in an easier, more consistent flow.
  • It offers improved properties for use in a wider range of applications.
  • DeltaFlow™ r100 lowers molding processing temperatures, which can significantly reduce cycle times and increase productivity.
  • It allows for precise dosing and easy, dust-free handling.
  • It has a shelf life of 12 months.
