LUBMER™ TM-80B

LUBMER™ TM-80B by Mitsui Chemicals is a weather resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Improves durability due to high abrasion resistance. It functions as a tribology modifier of engineering plastics or a replacement for PTFE. Exhibits low friction, high mechanical properties and high processability. It contributes to increased product efficiency and total cost reduction. It can reduce a squeaking sound with a variety of materials. Used in lightweight gears and bearing applications. LUBMER™ TM-80B is designed for processing by injection molding, co-extrusion or insert mold.
