EMI® -200

Viscosity modifier. Can also acts as a dispersing aid in pigments, fillers and flame retardants. Has superhigh flowability and good chemical resistance. Possesses better plasticizing efficiency compared with PC oligomer. The modification of glass fiber reinforced PC materials by EMI-200 functional polymer accomplishes thin wall and long distance injection as well as improves physical and mechanical properties dramatically. It avoids thermal decomposition of flame retardancy and provides reduced molding temperature (between 5-15°C) as well as improved dispersion of Sb2O3, while modification of flame resistant ABS resin. Used in PC, ABS, PVC etc.
