Actmix® ZDBC-80GE F140

Actmix® ZDBC-80GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate (80%). Acts as an accelerator. It contains 20wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. Its vulcanizate has excellent tensile strength and resilience. Thiurams and thiazoles can lower vulcanization rate and improve processing safety. Compared to ZDEC, ZEPC and ZDMC, ZDBC has shorter scorching time and longer vulcanization time. A little of ZDBC is a secondary accelerator for thiols or thiurams. Combined with antioxidant, it can improve heat resistance for NR and IR. It is compatible with natural and synthetic rubber such as SBR, NBR and EPDM. Actmix® ZDBC-80GE F140 is recommended addition level for NR is 0.6-1.0 phr, as a secondary accelerator is 0.1-0.2 phr, for SBR/NBR is 0.6-1.2 phr, as a secondary accelerator is 0.1-0.2 phr and for EPDM is 1.5-2.5 phr.
