ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH DL by Performance additives is a dust free powder form of zinc 2-ethylhexanoate. It is an effective activator for sulphur curing systems of NR. It can partially or completely replace stearic acid and helps in reducing stress relaxation and creep of NR vulcanisates. It an also improve the reversion resistance of NR compounds as well as compression set of NR vulcanisates. Recommended dosage for ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH DL is 2.5 to 5 phr. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.
