PEROXAN BIB-1 by Pergan is used for the crosslinking of natural- & synthetic rubber and polyolefins. It offers excellent scorch safety. It is also used for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures. This additive is suitable for GMC as it ensures good homogenization in the compound. It is used for the production of controlled rheology polypropylene (CR-PP) in an extrusion process. PEROXAN BIB-1 is recommended for the crosslinking of NBR, SBR, EP(D)M, LDPE and EVA. The recommended dosage level for curing and polymerization is 1.0-2.0 & 0.01-0.1 phr respectively. The storage stability as from date of delivery is 6 months.
