XERAN® SZ08250

XERAN® SZ08250 is a styrene maleic anhydride copolymer. It acts as an HDT/Vicat enhancer and adhesion promoter. Present as crystal clear granules and is added to other engineering plastics to increase thermal stability, dimensional stability, surface adhesion and melt viscosity. Compatible with polystyrene. XERAN® SZ08250 is recommended for good dispersion in styrenic polymers like polystyrene, twin screw extruders with a mild screw configuration as well as vacuum degassing facility. It is specifically designed to be used in film extrusion applications and can be added to the compounding extruder through regular feeder systems. It can be used with dosage levels up to 50 %.
