Bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate. Acts as a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) of NCH3 type that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long term heat aging. Demonstrates reduced interaction with co-additives such as pigments. Can be used in combination with phenolic & phosphite antioxidants and UVA’s to optimize performance in outdoor use. Used in PP, PE, styrenics, unsaturated polyesters, acrylics, vinyl polymers, including plastic soles, and elastomers.
