Rhenocure® 1000 C

Rhenocure® 1000 C by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a vulcanization accelerator for natural- and synthetic rubber with very slow scorch rates and relatively slow cure rates. It can be used as the sole accelerator with addition of an effective anti-oxidant. It acts as a secondary accelerator with synergistic effects, when combines with mercapto, thiuram and di-thiocarbamate accelerators. In Rhenocure® 1000 C, the degree of cross-linking and rate of vulcanization are increased, resulting in vulcanizates with good mechanical properties and resistance to ageing and reversion. It finds applications in patching compounds and eraser rubber. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
