Rhenodiv® MR-30/1

Rhenodiv® MR-30/1 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a mold release agent for natural- and synthetic rubber vulcanizates. It is a dispersion of an alkali salt of a fatty acid derivative in water. It exhibits good thermal stability and release effect. It is a silicone-free grade and can be cross-linked with peroxides. It can prevent sticking to molds and facilitates the release from the molds. It renders possible subsequent lacquering, welding (vulcanizing) or cementing together of the vulcanizates. It finds application in injection molded articles, tires, ebonite and soling slabs. Rhenodiv® MR-30/1 has a shelf life of 12 months.
