Rhenodiv® OP-360

Rhenodiv® OP-360 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a solvent-free, water-based tire release agent designed as a processing aid in the molding of tires. It is an aqueous suspension of fillers and bonding agents. It exhibits excellent stir stability and uniform surface appearance after cure. It provides high bleed and better adhesion properties. It is formulated to give up to 40% faster-drying rate and to resist mold fouling under adverse conditions. It offers a pleasing sidewall appearance, which is free from blemishes, folds, knit failures, cracks, and other problems. It is recommended for ready-to-use products and green tires. Rhenodiv® OP-360 has a shelf life of 12 months.
