Rhenogran® SDT-50

Rhenogran® SDT-50 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a non-staining sulfur donor and accelerator for the vulcanization of natural- and synthetic rubber. It has an accelerating effect and is synergistic with other accelerators. It exhibits excellent high degree of heat resistance and boosts the dispersion of polar fillers. It is used to enhance the aging properties of compounds based on SBR, NBR, and EPDM. It is suitable for improved reversion resistance of NR articles, e.g. tire carcasses and engine mounts. It is also recommended where high temperatures occur during the curing process, e.g. salt vulcanization and injection molding. Rhenogran® SDT-50 has a shelf life of 2 years.
