Rhenogran® ZBOP-50

Rhenogran® ZBOP-50 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a non-staining specialty accelerator for rapid vulcanization of EPDM and other diene rubbers. It does not contain any secondary amines which can form N-nitrosamines. It provides excellent reversion, heat aging resistance and a high degree of cross-linking in NR, IR, SBR, NBR and IIR. It is highly soluble and disperses very well in all conventional types of rubber, especially EPDM. It shows excellent non-blooming and non-staining characteristics, that make it suitable for colored, transparent or translucent compounds. It can be used in conjunction with sulfenamide, thiazole, thiuram, carbamate and guanidine as a secondary accelerator. It is designed for injection-molded and extruded technical articles of all types including profiles, hose, sheeting and tank linings. Rhenogran® ZBOP-50 has a shelf life of 2 years.
