GlobalPlus™ +Zero™ antistatic agents

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Riverdale Global
GlobalPlus™ +Zero™ antistatic agents by Riverdale Global act as antistatic- and processing aid agents. They eliminate dust and prevent the buildup of static electric charges that occur on the surface of plastic parts while processing. They provide reduced surface tension in the parts, which lead to improved cycle time (by up to 25%) due to faster release of parts. With multi-cavity molds, they offer good mold release of parts affected by mold design, polymer chemistry, PCR incorporation or other factors, and prevent nesting of parts on conveyor belts for pack out. GlobalPlus™ +Zero™ antistatic agents are suitable for polyolefins, styrenics, PVC, and some engineering plastic applications. They offer higher loading results in lower usage rates for significant cost savings. Also, provide improved flow and dispersion rates. They help plastics processors increase the use of PCR or recycled materials without experiencing any stuck molds. Used in plastics of consumer products which are processed by injection molding.
