MicroFLON® 1433FG by Shamrock is a micronized virgin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade for food contact applications. Acts as a processing aid and lubricant. Recommended for thermoplastics and elastomers to reduce noise, friction & enhance wear resistance. It improves stick-slip response. Designed for processing, machine parts and medical devices. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals and polycarbonate. Recommended dosage level of MicroFLON® 1433FG ranges from 10-30% of total formula weight. Meets with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550.
