NanoFLON® 119N

NanoFLON® 119N is a virgin polytetrafluoroethylene micronized powder by Shamrock. It acts as a slip- and release agent. It is recommended for thermoplastics, elastomers, micromolding and thin film applications. It is compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polystyrene, polycarbonate and other engineering plastics. It offers abrasion resistance, easy dispersion, reduced friction, reduced noise, improved wear resistance and high surface area. The dosage level of NanoFLON® 119N is 5-20%.
