Donglin™ DL-74

Donglin™ DL-74 by Shandong Donglin New Materials is a multi-alcoholization fatty acid ester. Acts as a lubricant. It is a white or slight yellow flake and it is nontoxic and odorless, it cannot be dissolved in water, but dissolves in tributyl phosphate(TBP) and chloroform. Its advantages include good metal release property, lower plate-out and good persistence. Improves the melt flowability. It has the excellent dispersion and transparency, it can be used to produce all kinds of PVC products as an external lubricant, especially for PVC clear products. Donglin™ DL-74 is recommended for all kind of PVC applications, especially for transparent applications, such as PVC shrinkable film, twist wrap film, PVC clear sheet and PVC bottle. Recommended using dosage is 0.4-1.5 kg per 100kg PVC resin. It is ISO9001:2008 certified. It should be stored in cool and dry surroundings with shelf life of two years.
