Epoxidized Soyabean Oil (ESO) -Second Class

Epoxidized soyabean oil. Acts as a polyvinyl epoxide flexibilizer and stabilizing agent. Dissolved well in PVC resin with good dissolvent property, small volatility and removal, with fine heat and light stability, good water tolerance as well as oil tolerance. Offers good mechanical strength, electric nature without toxicity. If 5-8 shares are used in common soft products, the heat and light stability can be improred. When used with polyester plasticizer, it can reduce removal of polyester plasticizer. It has obrious synergistic effect used together with metal heat stabilizer. Can reduce usage amount of other plasticizer and lubricant when product is used. Used in varied medical PVC products, polyvinyl chloride products, food packaging materials, resins, acrylic ester of epory soybean oil, polyurethane, toys film sheet pipes, sealing strip of refrigerator, artificial leather, pround leather, plastic wail paper, wires and cables materials as well as in other daily plastic products.
