KBM 602 by Shin-Etsu is N-2(aminoethyl)3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane. Used as a coupling agent for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, acryl, polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate, nylon, urethane, PBT/PET, polysulfide, ABS, melamine, phenol, epoxy, urethane, polyimide, furan, sulfur-crosslinked EPM, nitrile-, neoprene-, butyl- and urethane rubber.

Offers adhesion between organic and inorganic materials.
KBM 602 is solvent free and is suitable for organic solvent- and water based system.
Improves mechanical strength, moisture and chemical resistance and electrical properties.
