N, N'-di-sec-butyl-p-phenylene diamine. Acts as a polymerization inhibitor. Exhibits reduced polymer formation, lower viscosity of tars. Possesses low toxicity and is more soluble in aqueous process streams than the corresponding aryl-substituted p-phenylenediamines. Attains maximum performance in the presence of air.
