BORATHERM™ SG30 LV

BORATHERM™ SG30 LV by Sibelco Specialty Minerals is a flame retardant spherical alumina mineral filler. Provides an ultra-low surface area and large particle sizes. It maximizes the heat dissipation properties of polymer composites e.g. EV battery systems. It is an excellent conductor of heat with electrically non-conductive properties. Shows thermal conductivity, electrical insulation and good flowability. BORATHERM™ SG30 LV is suitable for silicone, epoxy, polyurethane and other matrices applications.
