SILMALINK AR1023

SILMALINK AR1023 by Silma is a liquid mixture of vinyl silane and radical initiator. It is especially designed for use in Sioplas process to produce crosslinkable XLPE and XL-EPR compounds for cable and pipes applications.
  • It can perfectly work in combination with SILMASTAB AL2690, AL2691 & AL2692, the masterbatches of tin-based catalysts including stabilizers, metal deactivator, antioxidants and processing aids to reduce die-droll and melt-fracture.
  • The recommended dosage level is 1.0-1.5% depending on the reactivity of base polyolefin mixture (LDPE, LLDPE, POE, EPR etc.), and the expected curing conditions (ambient, sauna or water immersion).
  • SILMALINK AR1023 has a shelf life of 1 year.
