SILMASTAB AL2690 CAT

SILMASTAB AL2690 CAT by Silma is a crosslinking catalyst in silane crosslinkable compounds for XLPE and XL-EPR for cable applications. It is a masterbatch of tin compounds (DOTDL, medium concentration), antioxidants (including metal deactivator), stabilizers and processing aid on polyolefin universal carrier.
  • It is particularly suitable for insulation and sheathing for silane crosslinkable HFFR compounds.
  • It is compatible with other additives like color masterbatches and UV-stabilizers.
  • It does not contain any forbidden substance listed into the RoHS.
  • The recommended dosage level is 3-6% depending on the thickness of insulation & sheathing, and on the method to crosslinking (ambient or sauna).
  • SILMASTAB AL2690 CAT has a shelf life of 1 year.
