SINOPOL 861 by Sino-Japan Chemical is a non-ionic surfactant with 5.5 HLB value. It is polyoxyethylene octylphenyl ether. It acts as an emulsifier. It can be used alone or with anionic surfactant for vinyl acetate, (meth) acrylate emulsion. SINOPOL 861 is recommended for use in resins and rubbers industry.
