ACTFLOW® NE-1000

ACTFLOW® NE-1000 by Soken Chemical & Engineering is a plasticizer and softening agent designed for soft PVC. It also functions as a modifying agent for dry film resist, olefin, ABS and cellulose resin. It can also be used to adjust the impact resistance properties of ABS resin, as well as to modify polyacetal- and cellulose resin. It has excellent storage stability, thermal sol performance, and "bleeding out of surface" at low temperature in the polyvinyl chloride sol process. It exhibits good compatibility with EVA & acrylic resins, and will effectively enhance the low-temperature flexibility of acrylic sheets. It is suitable as an additive for adjusting the cross-linking properties and softness of resin products for optical devices. It is a non-solvent, functional liquid and reactive acrylic polymer of low-molecular-weight that has come out of molecular weight control technology. It is an environmentally friendly product and has excellent normal-temperature fluidity. By introducing the acrylic skeleton with excellent heat resistance and weatherability into urethane resins, ACTFLOW® NE-1000 effectively modifies and improves the physical properties of urethane-resin-based products including thermoplastics & thermosetting urethane acrylate oligomers, films, sheets, and foams.
