SONGSTAB™ MT-800D

SONGSTAB™ MT-800D by Songwon is organotin heat stabilizer. It is a mixture of dimethyltin bis(2-ethylhexylthioglycolate) and mono methyltin tris-(2-ethylhexylthioglycolate). It needs to use a slightly higher level of external lubricant when comparing with an equal part octyltin mercaptide stabilizer. It offers excellent initial color, heat stability, anti-weathering and transparency. It helps to obtain excellent clear products. SONGSTAB™ MT-800D is used to stabilize rigid PVC and PVC copolymer. It is suitable for calendered and extruded PVC sheet used for food packings. Also, used in blow molding for food packings.
