Nochek® 4756A Wax Pellets

Nochek® 4756A Wax Pellets by Sovereign Chemical is a microcrystalline/paraffin wax blend. It is used as a sole protectant for nonstaining rubber products like sundries, gloves, sheeting and tubing, hose and automotive floor mats. It provides static ozone protection through formation of thin continuous wax layer and best accelerated ozone resistance to products. It offers more controlled rate of bloom. It exhibits synergism with p-phenylene diamine (PPD) antidegradants and non-staining that can be used in white compounds. It is recommended to be used with other chemical antiozonants in applications including windshield wiper blades, passenger or truck tire treads and black sidewalls, camelback, jacketing and insulation for electrical wire and cable. The shelf life of Nochek® 4756A Wax Pellets is 5 years. The recommended dosage level of the grade is 1-2 phr.
