ST-G-PP-30LO by Starbetter Chemical Materials functions as a low odor coupling agent between reinforcing materials, such as glass fibers, inorganic fillers, and polypropylene. It is a high performance maleic anhydride functionalized PP produced by reactor rather traditional reactive extrusion. It helps to achieve compatibility between polyolefins and more polar polymers that are capable of interacting with maleic anhydride for alloying, recycling or co-extrusion. Shows outstanding unnotched & notched izod and charpy impact resistance in filled resin. Improves polypropylene-to-metal adhesion properties. ST-G-PP-30LO exhibits improved tensile and flexural strength as well as less VOC.
